SEAFREIGHT INDUSTRY RATE CHANGES FOR OCTOBER 2009

With effect from the 1st October 2009 the following rate changes will be coming into effect:

BAF rates will range from $416.00 to $547.00 per 20ft container and $832.00 to $1094.00 per 40ft container

CAF rates will range from 11.26% to 16.28% of the total freight value.

Please note that the above rates are applicable for all sailings from the 1st October 2009 and are dependent on the shipping line used.
